The 3rd Annual Fall Festival was organized by Michigan Chess Festival LLC on October 23-27, 2013, at the Adoba Hotel in Dearborn, Michigan.
The tournament had 61 participants competing over nine rounds of Swiss system. Seven players shared the first place with 6,5/9 points each.
