COMMISSION for WOMEN’S CHESS 33rd INTERNET BASED FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR

The Commission for Women’s Chess in cooperation with the Costa Rica Chess Federation, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 27 January to 2 February 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Cherafin Chuit (CUB), FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be WGM Martha Fierro.
The lectures will be in Spanish language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
