The Africa Chess Union, in cooperation with the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 24 to 30 June 2013, under the auspices of FIDE.
Priority of participation will be given to participants from African Federations.
The Lecturer will be IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Arbiters’ Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).
The lectures will be in English language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
